Booking Policies

All sessions with JFox Visuals require a confirmed booking to secure your date and time. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment is received.

For portrait, graduation, and milestone sessions, direct booking is available through the booking page.

For events, branding, and real estate projects, a custom inquiry and quote are required prior to booking.

Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with session details and next steps.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings.

  • Standard sessions: 50% retainer due at the time of booking

  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the session location

  • Payments are accepted online via secure checkout for retainers, and remaining balances may be paid via approved payment methods at the session

Failure to complete the required retainer will result in your session not being confirmed.

Failure to complete the remaining balance at the time of the session may result in cancellation of the session.

No images will be delivered until full payment has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • One reschedule is permitted per booking

  • Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe

  • Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer

Late arrivals will reduce your session time and will not be extended.

No-shows will result in full loss of payment.

Editing & Delivery

All images are professionally edited in JFox Visuals’ signature style.

  • Raw (unedited) images are not delivered

  • Additional edits or retouching may be requested for an additional fee

  • Final images are delivered via an online gallery

Turnaround Time

Final edited images are delivered within:

  • Standard sessions: 4-5 business days

  • Events & custom projects: timeframe provided upon booking

Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Travel & Location

Sessions are based in Houston, Texas.

Travel outside the standard service area may incur an additional fee, which we'll discuss before booking. Sessions are based in Houston, Texas.

Usage & Rights

JFox Visuals retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients receive personal use rights unless a commercial agreement is established (branding, business use, etc.).
